I wasn't actively looking for a new car but I came across a beautifully specified Land Rover Defenefder 90 Hardtop at Aspi cars. I made contact with Taylor Allen of Aspi cars who could not have more helpful, there was no sales push, just genuine and forthcoming about the car. I drove from the New Forest to Aspi cars where i was met with a friendly greeting offered coffee and then looked around the faultlessly prepared car. A test drive sealed the deal and a few days later after payments received I collected the car. All correspondence was very quickly replied to I have had the car 3 months now and absolutely love it. Its easy to see why Aspi cars have been trading so long, great cars and a strong work ethic. Im delighted and would not hesitate to recommend or buy again from Aspi cars. Thank you especially to Taylor who made the sale go through seamlessly.

A few weeks ago I drove away with your XK JAG 2014 which had already been through, I believe, 9 main dealer services. As it had not had a major dealer service for over 2 years, I booked into my local main dealer for a major Jaguar 10 year service, for my own peace of mind. They boosted the air con. We live a fair distance away from Aspi Specialist Cars so we arranged for Aspi to deliver the car we bought from them. The car was delivered on New Years Eve right on time. This was a very pleasant and smooth transfer with all the relevant paperwork provided. The delivery man went through the whole process of handover and we were asked if we were happy with the car. The car was extremely well presented and in great condition for its age. The delivery man even waited while I took the car for a test drive to make sure all was OK. A few weeks after we received the car the engine management light appeared indicating a fault with the engine. I rung Aspi cars and Martin advised me to ring A1 Insurance who would sort out a local garage to diagnose the fault. This proved to be very protracted especially as the local garage was not that local and not that helpful. I again rung Martin who offered to sort the problem out themselves if I brought the car back to Aspi. This I did and Aspi sorted the whole problem out very quickly and very efficiently. They even pre-empted the parts they may have needed by ordering them in beforehand"¦ They welcomed me on arrival and I was treated very well during the time the car was being repaired. The garage reception, showroom and workshop were very clean and tidy. They phoned me to say the car was ready and even picked me up from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. They explained to me what was wrong with the car and what repairs had been performed. The car is now back home and no fault light. The car is ideal for what we need and we are enjoying driving it again. The communication and support from Aspi throughout especially from Martin has been excellent. Phone calls were always returned promptly. At no time did we feel pressured into buying and afterwards felt very confident and assured that Aspi would support us if anything went wrong. This as it turned out they did"¦.. they supported us very well . Thank you so very much.

I chose to have the Williams F1 ceramic coating, the undersealing, and the brake caliper refurbishment carried out as part of the purchase, and the quality of the work is superb. The ceramic finish looks incredible, the underbody protection gives real peace of mind, and the freshly refinished calipers set the whole car off beautifully. The team also fully serviced and detailed the car, and the end result is stunning. Taylor made the entire process effortless. First class service at Aspi Specialist Cars
On Saturday 12th April we dropped in unannounced to Aspi Specialist Cars. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by owner Aspi. We had gone along to view a Mercedes E 350 cabriolet for my wife. The car was in one of his showrooms and he invited us to take as much time as we wanted to look over it and bought us some lovely coffee. I have spent my entire career working in automotive and can honestly say that this vehicle and others there are the best prepared used vehicles I have ever seen. The car had a full Mercedes service history, but was serviced again in Aspi's workshop and the Adblue topped up. Aspi was also very honest with us on what work was necessary to make it look this good. I commended on how impressed I was and Aspi proudly look us around to meet his valeters and alloy wheel refurbishment facility. They were all a really good friendly bunch of guys doing a first class job. I asked if we could test drive the Mercedes and Aspi made us another lovely coffee while they moved cars around to get it out for us. He allowed myself and my wife to take it for a test drive. The car drove as well as it looked, so needless to say we agreed to purchase it. The team there pulled out all the stops to enable us to collect it the following morning with a fresh MOT. Thanks to Martin for going through all the paperwork with us, this was done in an effective helpful manner. We have had the car for a few days now and are thoroughly delighted with the car and the buying experience. Well done to all of you there and keep doing what your doing. Thank you! After viewing multiple C-Classes at various garages throughout the year, it was nice to finally deal with a centre that carries such transparency during the sale. Hope you are well mate, the motor is a stunner, we've had her out for a few miles round the coast up here and she's fantastic! Here's a quick testimony:

'My partner and I were on the lookout for a BMW Z4 M Sport for the summer but were unable to find the one we wanted in and around Durham where we live. We spotted what looked like the perfect car on Autotrader, only snag was the dealership was in Stratford-Upon-Avon, some 3 or 4 hours away.

Anyway I made enquiries nonetheless and the guys at ASPI Specialist cars could not have been more helpful. The deal was a little different as we weren't physically at the showroom but thanks to Mark it was done and dusted in a couple of hours and we were confident that the car was superb. Mark sent detailed videos, explained the very minor things the car needed (brake pads, 4 new tyres) which ASPI would take care of and then we went through a "˜virtual sales pitch' over the phone. 4 or 5 days later and the car arrived on our drive in Seaham, County Durham exactly as described and we could not be happier! The service was fantastic and the guys at the dealership made sure we got as good a service 220 miles apart as we would have if we were sat in the showroom with them. Buying a car is an enjoyable, but potentially stressful time.When buying from an new dealer, you never know how good a car is or how good the service will be.
I bought my Jaguar XF from Apsi's about 2 months ago and from the minute I spoke with Martin, I knew this was a good place to buy a car.
However, there was a slight knock from underneath the car and although I didnt think it was anything serious, I got in contact with Aspi's to see if it was possible for them to have a look as I hadnt long had the car. This was no problem and Leslie called me almost immediately to arrange a time to come in.
The mechanic at Aspi's, Joe, had a real thorough inspection of the car and couldnt quite nail the issue, but reassured me the car was 100% mechanically sound. I left feeling reassured and more than happy with how they dealt with it.
A few days later, the owner himself, Apsi, called me personally to say he and Joe wanted to investigate further, (as they were both wanting to get to the bottom of the issue), and he personally arranged to meet me and to have Jaguar inspect the car.
I was given a car to use for a day or two whilst he personally took the car in Jaguar for me. Within 24hrs, the car was fixed, (minor issue with a bolt), and I picked up the washed, cleaned and pristine car. In addition, I also had the brake pads done at the same time.
I have never had such amazing service from a car dealership and everyone I dealt with is a credit to the company, (Martin, Joe, Leslie and Aspi himself).
You have a customer for life and from now on, I will be sourcing any new car from yourselves.

I collected the XF Jaguar last Thursday, and I am very pleased with it. It was presented to a very high standard, and looked very good in it's Gen-3 protective body coating which I had done. I also had the Gap insurance which makes a lot of sense with such a valuable car. I have achieved surprisingly high miles per gallon in the few days I have had it, and the Jaguar engine is very refined and super-smooth to drive. The extras it has are manyfold, and it has a superb sound system. From the first enquiry about the 2013 BMW 520d Aspi specialist Cars advertised for sale, up until the transaction was complete and I drove off from the forecourt heading back home to sunny Manchester, I cannot have wished for a better service! The car is great, it feels like I went to a chiropractic the weekend, I now get out of the car and my back don't hurt. It has more gadgets than I have at home and still finding them. It don't seem to have the power of acceleration as my Volvo had, especially when I'm in 6th gear, if I need to accelerate I have to drop to 5th, I can live with that.

I wanted to say a big thank you for all your help and support in getting my contract hire car sorted.

I was referred by my cousin to seek help from Aspi in regards to getting a new car on contract hire.
I met Aspi a couple of times, who understood what I was looking for and offered me various options on cars and packages.

I did not feel under pressure or had the typical sales tactics which normally happens when you walk into a showroom
Aspi guided me all the way through, and made it very clear on what my options/cost would be involved.

Once I agreed the vehicle and option I wanted, Aspi helped me through the paperwork and was very clear and precise and again asked the question "are you sure you are happy with your choice"
Aspi detailed all the aspect of the vehicle, as well as colour choices and what would suit me with regards to personal and business mileage

The fantastic part of this deal was, I am based in London and Aspi Car Specialist are based in Stratford upon Avon. In normal circumstances I would have had to collect my car from Stratford, which meant taking a day off work and travelling up north. However Aspi managed to get the Mercedes dealership to deliver my car to my house, on the day I specified and time which suited me.

Throughout the process Aspi communicated very well, and ensured I was aware of the progress throughout.

I would highly recommend Aspi Car Specialist to anyone who is seeking for a new car.
I also know if I have any issues going forward, I can rely upon Aspi to guide me further.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at Aspi's. Since purchasing our car two years ago from Martin, we have received excellent care, support and attention. Your professionalism is very high but always keeping the focus on the individual, no hard sales or pressure applied. A fantastic knowledge of the cars you have for sale but a genuine passion to make sure the individual chooses the right car for them.

Lesley is a diamond, who will always go the extra mile to ensure any servicing is booked at a convenient time, a courtesy car is available or if I prefer a lift home. Lesley will always call and inform you immediately if they find anything that might need doing either immediately or in the near future and with a price, so you can decide. Again no pressure on the individual. Her tea and coffee is wonderful.

Since purchasing the car we have let Aspi's service and MOT and again we cannot fault the service we have received. However, today we picked up our car after a service and I can honestly say we had to ring Aspi's to give praise for a fantastic job. The car feels like it is brand new and is running better than ever. The mechanic, Paul, really knows his stuff and is worth his weight in gold.

There is no way we would ever dream of going elsewhere for a new car or after service.

After shopping arpund for a used Jaguar XJ ( 58 plate) I found a few good looking ones on Auto Trader. All the cars I looked at were tidy but the Aspi car was the best presented and had by far the best finance deal (3.9% APR!). The salesman, Martin, was helpful, not at all pushy, and arranged to replace brakes disks and pads before collection. P X on my old XType was fair and compared well to offers from other dealers. A small leak problem caused by blocked drain tubes in the sunroof was fixed without hassle. I'm delighted with my purchase and would recommend this dealership.

Great Service and Deals at Aspi After shopping around on Auto Trader I purchased my 58 plate Jaguar XJ Sport premium with a fair PX and very low rate finance deal. After care superb - a blocked drain tube in the sunroof caused a leak but was rapidly fixed and the car was cleaned before being returned after just a couple of hours. New disks and pads fitted prior to collection, this car was 55k new but was a steal at 13k and isfully loaded. Looks and drives amazingly. Staff are friendly and helpful and all their cars look great. It's an easy to get to location and the website is kept up to date so you can see the stock online. Test-drives are easy to arrange and the sales staff are knowledgeable and not pushy. The finance package I had was super low at only 3.9% apr! Great showroom with plenty of parking and in-site repairs and servicing.

Buying a car from a garage can be a very tense and torrid affair but Aspi Cars have made this a pleasurable experience.
The Salesman, Martin (Batchelder) was pleasant, professional and informative with a good sense of humour!
I can honestly say at no time did we feel pressurised in any way, he's one of those rare car salesmen who won't be trying to avoid you by hiding in shop doorways if he happens to see you after selling you a car!

The attention to detail that you went to made my buying experience with ASPI a total pleasure, you gave me complete confidence to the extent I didn't bother to inspect the car before buying it from you, I just knew the car would be as described.

Living some 50 miles away from your showroom meant it would have been difficult for me to get to Stratford to collect the car due to pressure of business, this of course was not a problem because you offered to deliver the car to me and collect my trade in.
